Ingredients:
- 1 pound dried lamb, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Soak the dried lamb in water for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Drain and rinse the lamb.
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
